In-House Screen Printing
We are a full-service screen printing facility, meaning all of our production and staff operates in-house from our Broomall, PA location.
We use a team based approach to printing, which includes cross training on every machine, hands-on problem solving and a continual sharing of knowledge between our printers, sales team and clients.

Plastisol ink is an industry standard because of its versatility, durability, and consistently vibrant colors. With plastisol, we cure each print at a high temperature to reduce fading and stretch when washed. The ink lays on top of the garment, producing a time-tested, classic print.

Discharge Printing:
Discharge printing chemically removes (bleaches) the pigments of a garment to print a design, resulting in a soft feeling print. The process captures the texture of the garment, and it great for creating a vintage or slightly textured look. Discharge printing requires select apparel material and color options. If you are interested in using discharge ink for your project, please contact us.
Important! Discharging goes into full effect after the garment is washed. If you receive a discharge print and it’s not as soft as you imagined, don’t worry! Washing the garment will bring out that soft feel.

CMYK & Simulated Process Printing
For projects involving photorealistic images, we use a method called 4 color process printing to transfer the image onto apparel. This is a great alternative to digital printing for medium to high volume projects.
